Life is a little bit different now. While we will continue to follow all directives stipulated by the Government around social gatherings, TW Events & Incentives has also implemented a number of measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests remains our number one priority. So, what can guests expect from us?
By now, we all know that personal hygiene is our first line of defence when it comes to protecting ourselves (and others) in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hand sanitiser will be available for guests to use, we have temporarily replaced towels in our bathrooms with disposable paper towels, and our team will undertake strict and frequent cleaning procedures of surfaces from door handles to tables throughout our venues.
All guests will be asked to sign in using our contactless tracking app, CHECKIN-19. This will enable us to have a record of who has been in contact with whom, should we require it.
We will continue to ask that guests adhere to physical distancing recommendations, and guests will see that the layout of seating within our events spaces has been modified to accommodate this. This also extends to guests who are dining in our venues.
TW Events & Incentives and our catering partner, MASH Catering, will continue to refine the way we serve food and beverages to all of our guests, to ensure we are avoiding direct contact between parties. All menus will be pre-plated for guests.

All events held at our venues will be designated a dedicated venue liaison, and our team prides itself on its professionalism and experience – this has been a huge bonus in the face of such a challenging and ever-evolving situation. Your venue liaison will be able to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have as they arise. Please feel free to discuss these with our approachable and obliging team.
We understand these are uncertain times, and TW Events & Incentives will continue to remain agile in response to New Zealand’s COVID-19 situation. You can postpone your event if you need to, in accordance with our terms and conditions, however if you are at all concerned that you may need to do this, please do talk to your venue liaison as soon as convenient. The sooner we can start this dialogue, the better.
